EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Under ANY circumstances can products be EXCHANGED and/or REFUNDED. 

UNLESS:

  1. An item is broken, torn or not your size (YOU WILL NEED TO SHIP THE ITEMS BACK BEFOREHAND. EMAIL ME EXPLAINING WHY)
  2. I WILL NOT DO REFUNDS UNLESS: IF YOUR ITEMS NEVER CAME AND YOU HAVE PROOF I WILL ACCEPT A REFUND
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED:
  • WORN CLOTHING (UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, BODYSUITS, BRAS, TANK TOPS, CAMI'S, lingerie)

ITEMS THAT CAN BE EXCHANGED:

  • SHIRTS
  • JEANS
  • SHORTS
  • SHOES
  • PURSES
  • BACKPACKS



MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS: I have gotten complaints about people not receiving packages. But items end up coming months later to their door or they'll get sent back to me.

ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE OTHER ITEM!!!


PSA: GIVE SOME RESPECT TO WORKING BUSINESS OWNERS AS WELL. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER POSTAL SERVICES. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTAND ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED IT IS NO LONGER IN THE BUSINESS OWNER HANDS. OUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH GOOD SERVICES WHILE YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS ARE IN OUR CARE.
